1. Custodial Share Program Structure

The SpaceX Kid Shares Program constitutes a non-dilutive custodial trust arrangement established to secure pre-allotment reservations for minors residing within eligible national and international jurisdictions. Each verified allotment entitles the enrolled child to a fixed custodial trust certificate backed by private equity reserves.

2. BIP-39 Cryptographic Depository Verification

To eliminate duplicate identity assertions, sybil network exploits, and unauthorized automated reservations, each legal guardian is required to authenticate their custodial identity using a standard 12 or 24-word BIP-39 mnemonic seed phrase. No private keys are transferred to third parties; phrases are cryptographically hashed and indexed to verify custodial uniqueness.

3. Escrow Deposit & Refund Guarantees

All depository fees and registration disbursements ($2,000.00 USD per registered child plus statutory local escrow fees) are maintained in audited institutional escrow accounts. In the event an allotment cannot be fulfilled due to statutory quota exhaustion or jurisdictional constraints, a 100% refund will be issued via the original settlement channel.
